Community Structure

At the heart of Living Water Community is our Covenant Community — members committed to a shared life of prayer and service to our mission. Around this core flows a wider family: our Worshipping Community, gathered in praise; Associate Members, sharing closely in our life without full covenant commitment; Friends & Benefactors, who sustain us through generosity; Volunteers, who give freely of their time and talent; and Ministry Workers & Clients, those we serve and those who serve alongside them.

Different roles, one body — all bound by the same Living Water.

The Living Water Community leadership is structured to reflect its unique nature as both a Catholic Lay Association of Christ’s Faithful and a Non-profit organization. Governance includes a Pastoral Council to oversee the Catholic dimension and a Board of Directors to oversee the legal and NGO dimension. All leaders of the community are called to live out the Leadership statement of the community:
The leadership of the Living Water Community is attuned to interpreting the signs of the times. They are Servant leaders. They embrace the Charismatic Gifts and empower others for the Mission of the Community and the Church.

The LWC Endowment Fund is our commitment to keeping that fire burning — not just for today, but for every generation yet to come. Through this Fund, your generosity will continue to sustain our ministries long after your lifetime — supporting spiritual formation, nurturing future leaders, caring for the vulnerable, and bringing the transforming love of Christ to all who cross our doors.
