Our Centre
Desiring to be an “oasis of peace in the city,” our centre is a hub of activity of every kind, from our coffee shop and gift shop, to our food bank and Trinity TV. Each floor plays an integral role in the ministry of LWC.
Yet more than the headquarters of our social ministries, our centre is, above all, the heart and soul of our community. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, daily Mass, counselling, and prayer meetings — these are the wellspring from which all our ministries flow.
Our Coffee Shop & Gift Shop
The Living Water Community Coffee Shop & Gift Shop is an extension of our community’s mission to “welcome all who thirst”. People come and find peace and even more importantly a delicious meal. Here, those in need of employment find dignity in meaningful work, volunteers give freely of their time, and every meal served helps support our outreach to the poor.
But the coffee shop feeds more than the body. As one volunteer shared, they came expecting to feed those who were hungry — only to discover a hunger in themselves that Jesus was feeding through their service.
A small cup, a big purpose: building community, one meal, one conversation, one heart at a time.
Our Chapel
Newly renovated, our chapel is the heart of Living Water Community. Each day, Mass takes place at midday, and throughout the week we celebrate Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Outside of the liturgy, the chapel is also home to our Prayer Meeting, Covenant Days, and other community events.
Featuring a sacred space devoted to Mary, votive candles for intercessory prayer, and two child-friendly rooms for families attending Mass, there is space for all in our chapel.
